Andalusia – the area alone evokes images of vast and unspoiled countryside dominated by the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains which contain the highest peaks on the Spanish mainland. It is where all of Spain’s stereotypes meet: bullfighters, beaches, flamenco dancing, cave houses, fiestas, and tapas are all in abundance.
