Ride Overview

Try something new in this year and join us on a true horse drive – you can join in the adventure of assisting the guides as they bring the horses back from winter pasture to begin the new season.

Called a “transhumance” in European lexicon, this is a fun way to see the countryside, watch horses in their natural environment and test your riding a bit as you help encourage the horses to “start their school year” – you’ll laugh as they try to tell you “no” but you’ll enjoy the challenge all the same as they are such a good natured herd.
