Ride Overview

Experience the rare opportunity to train with Anne-Sylvie once again at Monte Velho. Renowned for her exceptional coaching, this exclusive clinic offers personalized instruction in an intimate setting. With very limited places available, early booking is essential.

Sessions follow her motto:  “Your seat is the key. Through your seat you lead. Not by force, but by feel.”   The lessons will focus on the rider’s balance and seat. She will explain technically how to sit in different exercises so you allow your horse the best possible freedom to perform. As a result, riding will feel more effortless, you will feel even more in harmony with your horse and you will learn to ride more with your seat and legs and less with your hands.

DETAILS:  Riding programs for the week are as follows:
Minimum of 3 lessons with Anne-Sylvie are guaranteed (more may be possible) and those will substitute one of the regular lessons in whichever program you’ve booked from the below options.

50€ additional fee per lesson with Anne Sylvie, paid on checkout at the resort.  Lessons with Anne Sylvie MUST be requested at the time of booking, none will be available for booking onsite.

Program I: Dressage Lessons and Trail Riding:

2026/27 Mid Season: $2,330.00 USD or 1,940€ (Single Supplement: $505.00 USD or 420€)
2026/27 Low Season: $2,150.00 USD or 1,790€ (Single Supplement: $435.00 USD or 360€)
This program features one dressage lesson in the morning and a 1.5 hour trail ride in the afternoon. It is designed for riders that feel comfortable at all paces.

Program II: Intensive Dressage Lessons:
2026/27 High Season: $3,060.00 USD or 2,550€ (Single Supplement:  $650.00 USD or 540€)
2026/27 Mid Season: $2,620.00 USD or 2,180€ (Single Supplement: $505.00 USD or 420€)
2026/27 Low Season: $2,440.00 USD or 2,030€ (Single Supplement: $435.00 USD or 360€)
This program features two lessons in dressage: one in the morning and another in the afternoon. One afternoon lesson will be substituted by a trail ride. This program is designed for any level.

Program III: Dressage Light:

This program features one hour dressage lesson daily. It is designed for any level rider.

Non-Rider (must share a room):
