We are thrilled to announce a new getaway for a super special New Year’s Eve!

Our spiffy new horseback ride in Tuscany offers a festive New Year’s Eve celebration in the heart of Tuscany with a thousand colors – between mountains, plains, hills or forests. This is an exceptional horseback ride in the heart of Italy with our fabulous guide Duska, staying all nights in a very comfortable inn.

It’s literally the BEST of Tuscany and a fun celebration all wrapped into one fun week!

Dec. 29:

Independent arrival in the evening in time for dinner and overnight at your charming guesthouse accommodation, near Sovana.

Dec. 30:

Departure on horseback after breakfast: Crossing the Fiora River, to the very famous and beautiful hot water thermal waterfalls (38 degrees C or 100F) of Saturnia,

Lunch in a small restaurant on the edge of the waterfalls, those who wish can take a soak and be massaged by the strong current, then mount up and return on horseback to Sovana.

Today is about 6 hours in the saddle.

Dec. 31:

Departure in the same direction as Saturnia for the first 45 minutes, crossing the river, then towards the beautiful village of "S. Martino sul Fiora" where we have lunch in a small typical restaurant.

After a short rest and with a satiated palate, we leave towards Sovana, crossing the Fiora River but on the other side, along a beautiful path to the stables during which we on the ancient Etruscan paths ... literally walking in the footsteps of history!

Today is a maximum 5 hours in the saddle.

In the evening: our celebratory New Year's Eve dinner.

Jan. 1:

This morning, we leave for the Etruscan cave and we will stop at the beautiful and large Etruscan tomb "Ildebranda" (one of the most beautiful tombs in central Italy) and very historic!

We continue through the immense vineyards belonging to the Antinori family, the greatest winemakers in Italy since 1385, when Giovanni di Piero Antinori founded the first wine cellar in Italy, then we stop to eat at a restaurant along the trail in the countryside, "La Douane".

After lunch we return and enjoy our last afternoon of riding - a great way to begin 2025.

About 4 hours riding, 1-2 hours more in total if, to include visiting the tombs.
